We do not accept returns of our toothbrushes due to obvious hygiene reasons. However if you are not satisfied with our service, for whatever reason, then please don’t hesitate to get in touch at hello@wearebristle.com and we will do our very best to help you. We welcome all feedback – both good and bad.

Yes, of course! Our packaging is plain and simple to reduce environmental impact – you won’t find any wasteful flyers or padding in your Bristle delivery, only the bare minimum to ensure everything arrives safely. Please recycle responsibly.

All of our orders are shipped via existing Royal Mail delivery routes (to reduce the carbon footprint of your purchase) by our lovely fulfilment team in East Sussex, UK. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at the moment.
